From High Functioning Depression to Empowered Light Leader
If I can can do it, so can you
I used to be stuck in high-functioning depression, unknowingly driven by childhood trauma and the endless hustle of corporate life. When I had children, I couldn't keep the lid closed on all the trauma any longer. I stepped away from my high-paying corporate role and went into deep healing. I followed blindly into the calling to serve women, without knowing what it meant or what it would even look like. My second business venture was all heart, but I was still trapped in the 3D grind. It led to burnout and the breakdown of my relationship. The pandemic hit, and I had to shut down my business. I felt lost and completely disconnected from my true power.
Everything changed when I hit rock bottom — financially and health-wise. I retreated into what I call my 'magical cave,' a period of deep healing and reflection. Even though I went back to a 9-to-5 job, the call of my true mission as a Light Leader was too strong to ignore. During this healing phase, I decided to approach business from a place of total alignment, rooted in holistic 5D energy.
My evolution involved balancing my unique energetic blueprint through Ayurveda, making sacred connection times non-negotiable, and co-creating with the consciousness of my business. This holistic approach allowed me to see and run every aspect of my life and business through a 5D lens, ensuring everything was in alignment.
